Welcome to VillaCrew. These Terms & Policies explain how we provide our pool maintenance and property care services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.


1. Our Services

VillaCrew provides professional swimming pool maintenance and related property care services across Sitges and the surrounding areas.

Our services may include:

  • Pool cleaning
  • Water testing and balancing
  • Equipment inspections
  • Minor maintenance
  • Pool repairs (where agreed)
  • Other property maintenance services as introduced

The exact services provided will depend on your agreed maintenance plan.


2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are provided without obligation.

Prices are based on the information available at the time of quoting. If additional work is required due to the condition of the pool or property, we will discuss this with you before proceeding wherever possible.

Chemical costs, replacement parts and repairs may be charged separately unless included within your maintenance agreement.


3. Scheduled Visits

Our maintenance plans operate on scheduled visits.

Whilst we always aim to attend on the agreed day, visit times may vary depending on weather conditions, public holidays and operational requirements.


4. Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe access to the property.

If we are unable to gain access, the visit may still be chargeable.


5. Weather

Some services may need to be postponed due to adverse weather conditions.

Where appropriate, we will rearrange your visit as soon as reasonably possible.


6. Pool Water Quality

Regular maintenance significantly reduces the likelihood of water quality issues.

However, VillaCrew cannot guarantee crystal-clear water where factors outside our control exist, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Heavy pool usage
  • Faulty equipment
  • Leaks
  • Water contamination
  • Power failures
  • Incorrect customer operation of equipment

7. Repairs

If we identify equipment faults or safety concerns, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Repairs will only be carried out following customer approval unless immediate action is required to prevent further damage.


8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Maintain electricity and water supplies to the pool equipment
  • Inform us of any changes to access arrangements
  • Keep pets secured during visits where necessary
  • Notify us of any known issues affecting the pool

9. Payment

Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period.

Late payments may result in suspension of future services.


10. Cancellations

Recurring maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time by providing reasonable notice before the next scheduled visit.

One-off appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.


11. Liability

VillaCrew will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing its services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Existing equipment failures
  • Structural defects
  • Manufacturer faults
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12. Insurance

VillaCrew maintains appropriate public liability insurance for the services we provide.

Proof of insurance is available upon request.


13. Privacy

Any personal information you provide will only be used for delivering our services, communicating with you and meeting our legal obligations.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.
